Help with Browser Pop-up Blocking

 

Some users will initially not be able to print "Package Release Slips", even when they checkmark that option. The reason is that your browser is blocking pop-up windows, and our package release slips print from a pop-up window. You can easily fix this by allowing pop-ups from our website (www.notifii.com).
 
Below are the steps to allow pop-ups from Notifii for Internet Explorer and FireFox. These instructions are for the most current release of each browser, but the steps should be similar for older browser versions as well.
 
Some anti-virus software, internet security software, and firewall software may sometimes block browser pop-ups as well. Please check your software settings if you continue to experience problems even after enabling browser pop-ups.

 

Instructions for:
     Internet Explorer (Version 8)
     FireFox (Version 3.6)
 

 

Internet Explorer (Version 8)
On the top menu items, select "Tools"
 
Scroll down to "Pop-up Blocker".
 
Select "Pop-up Blocker Setting".
 
A settings window will appear. Type in "www.notifii.com" into the form.
 
Click "Add".
 
Once www.notifii.com appears on the list of allowed sites, all pop-ups from Notifii (including printing package slips) should work fine.
 
Click "Close" and you're all done!
 
 
 

 
 
FireFox (Version 3.6)
On the top menu items, select "Tools".
 
Scroll down to select "Options...".
 
An Options window will appear. Select "Content" from the top bar of icons.
 
Either uncheck "Block pop-up windows" to disable it completely, or click on the "Exceptions..." button.
 
Another window will appear. Type www.notifii.com in the field and click "Allow".
 
Once www.notifii.com appears on the list of allowed sites, all pop-ups from Notifii (including printing package slips) should work fine.
 
Click "Close" and you'll return to the "Options" window. Click "OK" to close that window as well and you're all done!
